This website is operated by Alchemy Haus. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Alchemy Haus.

By visiting our website and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users of the site, including customers, browsers, and others who access or use our services.

Products

Alchemy Haus is a small-batch fragrance house. Product availability may vary, and certain fragrances may sell out or become temporarily unavailable.

We make every reasonable effort to display product descriptions, images, sizes, and other information accurately. Because products are produced and packaged in small batches, minor variations in appearance, packaging, or presentation may occur.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, unauthorized resale activity, or other circumstances that may affect our business or customers.

If an order is canceled after payment has been collected, any applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information when placing an order.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and other order costs will be displayed during checkout when applicable.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or product information errors, including after an order has been submitted. If a correction materially affects an order that has already been placed, we will contact the customer when appropriate.

Shipping

In-stock orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Preorders, collaborations, special releases, made-to-order products, or products displaying a specific future shipping date are excluded from the standard processing window. The estimated timing provided with the applicable product or release will apply.

Alchemy Haus currently ships within the United States only.

Carrier transit and delivery estimates are separate from our processing time and may be affected by circumstances outside of our control.

Returns & Refunds

Eligible unopened and unused products may be returned within 5 calendar days of confirmed delivery, provided they remain in their original packaging and condition.

Opened or used fragrance products are not eligible for standard returns.

Intellectual Property

The Alchemy Haus name, branding, logos, product names, original graphics, photographs, website content, product descriptions, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Alchemy Haus and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without permission.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our website or services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.

You may not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of our website, misuse our content, submit false information, or use our services in a manner that violates applicable law.

Third-Party Services

Our website may use or integrate services provided by third parties, including payment processors, shipping providers, ecommerce technology providers, and other service providers.

Your use of certain third-party services may also be subject to the applicable provider's terms and policies.
