Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Standard Orders

If you need to cancel an order, please contact Alchemy Haus at dee@alchemyhauslab.com as soon as possible after placing your order.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests; however, cancellation is not guaranteed once an order has entered processing, been packaged, or shipped.

If an eligible order is successfully canceled before fulfillment, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Preorders

Preorder purchases reserve a product before its scheduled availability or shipping date.

Cancellation requests for preorders must be submitted before the preorder has entered fulfillment or processing. Once processing or fulfillment has begun, the preorder may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Estimated release and shipping dates for preorder products are provided in good faith but may change due to production, packaging, supply, or other circumstances associated with small-batch production.

If Alchemy Haus cancels a preorder or is unable to fulfill it, the affected purchase will be refunded to the original payment method.

Subscriptions & Recurring Purchases

Alchemy Haus does not currently offer subscription or recurring-purchase programs.

If subscription or recurring purchase options are introduced in the future, the applicable cancellation terms will be disclosed to customers before enrollment.
