When will my order ship?

Processing times can vary by release, restock, and preorder. Any special fulfillment window will be shown on the product page at the time of purchase. Once your order is prepared, tracking will be sent automatically. Carrier scans can sometimes take additional time to appear after a label is created.

What is a preorder?

A preorder lets you reserve inventory before that batch is ready to ship. Preorder items follow the estimated fulfillment window shown when you purchase. If you decide you no longer want to wait and the order has not entered fulfillment, contact us with your order number and we can cancel the preorder.

What happens when a fragrance sells out?

Many Alchemy Haus releases are produced in limited batches. If a fragrance is sold out, sign up for the restock alert on the product page. Some fragrances return, some are reformulated, and some limited releases may not come back.

My tracking stopped updating. What should I do?

Carrier scans can occasionally pause while a package is moving through the network. If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, or your package is marked delivered but you cannot locate it, contact us with your order number so we can review it with you.

What is the difference between EDT, EDP, and Extrait?

These terms describe different fragrance concentration and formulation styles. They can affect richness, diffusion, and wear, but a higher concentration does not automatically mean a fragrance will project louder. Each formula is built for the performance and character we want from that specific scent.

How long should an Alchemy Haus fragrance last?

Performance varies by fragrance, skin chemistry, climate, application, and how your nose adapts to a scent throughout the day. Some formulas sit closer to the skin while others create a larger scent bubble. Product descriptions are the best guide for the intended character of each release.

Why does my fragrance smell different right after delivery?

Packages can experience heat, cold, and other temperature changes in transit. If a fragrance seems different immediately after delivery, let it return to normal room temperature and rest for 24 to 48 hours before evaluating it again.

Are all batches exactly the same?

Alchemy Haus works in small batches. We aim for consistency from release to release, but subtle differences can occur between production runs. Every batch is evaluated before it is released.

Can I layer Alchemy Haus fragrances?

Absolutely. Many of our fragrances can be worn alone or layered to create something more personal. Start with a light application of each scent and adjust from there.

Is the fragrance in the 10ML the same as the 50ML?

When the fragrance name and concentration are the same, the 10ML and 50ML use the same fragrance formula. The difference is simply the format and amount.

Do you ship internationally?

Available shipping destinations and rates are determined at checkout. If your destination is supported, the available shipping options will appear before you complete your order.

What if there is an issue with my order?

Contact us with your order number and a clear description of the issue. If the package or product arrived damaged, include photos when possible so we can review it quickly.

How do I know which fragrance is right for me?

Start with the notes and scent profile listed on each product page. If you are unsure between a few fragrances, reach out and tell us the types of scents you normally wear and we can point you in the right direction.
